Long before Chef Sarah came to BUB Cafe, she spent many moons working in Chicago's fine dining community. While we are thrilled to have her talents showcased in our pastry case; she is also a skilled savory chef and wants to showcase her food to the community.

Join us for a four course plated meal featuring New American dishes honoring her 15 years of experience. 

Starters: Fig, Roasted Garlic,  & Proscuitto Butter on a Sourdough Crostini

Second: Sweet Potato Savory Tart, Toasted Hazelnut, Raspberry Gastrique

Main: Roasted Chicken, Gravy, Fingerling Potatoes Confit

(Vegatarian: Miso-Honey Mushrooms, Whipped Goat Cheese, Crostini)

Dessert: Cranberry Pavlova, Apple-Chevre Gelato
